Will this work on the integrated graphics of an i5-560m (2x2,66GHz) with intel hd graphics (mobile)? Do I need special drivers?

Yes, Carmack said intel's latest GPUs run it at 30 fps.

Try enabling V-Sync via nVidia's Control Panel. Then check your FPS with Fraps. If it locks to 24 or 30 then it's probably refresh rate problem... (With that hardware of yours you should easily get 60fps.)

Not only is it running without a single frame drop from 60 for me (as I've already said) but in fact now I tried JB's config (slightly altered) + 16x AA (from 4x that I had set it before) and it still runs absolutely flawlessly.
With JB's config about 6.5 of my 8GB of RAM were used (I had other apps open as well so idk exactly how many gigs Rage was taking up, probably 4?) but yeah, keep this is in mind if you have a low amount of memory. Also the initial loading is very slow, but once it's done it runs flawlessly.

What the hell, it uses THAT much RAM? I got 8 gigs as well, and no games has yet to surpass 50% total usage while playing and having a ton of stuff opened in the background.

That's with the config. Otherwise no it doesn't use anywhere near that..

Managed to get it working with the latest AMD driver.
Ok....its pretty damn smooth,with Vsync and 8x AA.
Texture poping is actualy not an issue,if i tried to catch then yeah you see it,but under normal gameplay you don't know its there.
Game looks good,but there so many inconsistencies its mind boggling,lighting,or lack of it,is really bad,for example light sources dont cast lights on weapons or yourself,only some select few.
Char textures are the only good thing,oh and like i said the animations.
Compared to the 360 version ive played yesterday,well....its kinda the same but the AA is awesome and resolution,textures are the same
It is 60 fps steady...but given the chopped of graphics i dont think its for the best

2 gigs of ram
Phenom x4 925
Btw if you are crashing at the Bik videos turn on Vsync,force it on

I tried JBs settings and loading is taking way to long and performance dropped. Is it because I only have 4 gigs of RAM? I have a gtx460 1GB

consolitis,
for those settings of JB, i have to create that cfg in my basefolder (as i didnt had one yet).
But when i did that, it actually didnt activate and still showed me for example, the intro movies...
What did i do wrong there?
