Have only watched How I Met Your Mother.
First 2 seasons are really good, after that the good episodes are scattered.

HIMYM was good in the beginning, last two seasons sucked ass. TBBT on the other hand stayed golden season after season 
So TBBT without the question... altho I do watch both so... xD

+1 TBBT really surprised me, I didn't expect the show to maintain such a high level of quality for 4 seasons; I mean, it's simple and sometimes can be even a bit repetitive, but the talent of the main actors (Sheldon <3) really keeps the show alive and kicking  |

on a related note, that guy playing sheldon is like 40. and he's playing a guy in college. i just can't stand such things 
thats not to say i hate the bing bang theory. i caught some episodes on TV. it was nice. didn't make me go on the net and download the series.

Such stupidity.
HIMYM has degraded into recylcying while BBT grows with every season. The humor in BBT is touch and go though, I can imagine some people would find it stupid.

and alltho its not really clear how old they are, you can put them probably all around 30 by now give or take a year or 2
