What, you'd rather keep your roots if you had a tooth that needed to come out? Razz

At least he used a local anaesthetic, and those pliers looked the same as the ones western dentists use - in fact the whole process is the same, but of course we're just used to a 'slightly' more hygienic process.

Well, the woman feinted so I don't think the local anaesthetic worked that well.. Sad

Other than that, yeah...the procedure is more less what we get here.

Well when I was younger, and had my teeth pulled out, root stayed in, only the cap of the tooth was broken and removed...

Well there was one time I had to remove healthy tooth because of braces, and the dentist just gave me spray anesthetic, and pulled the tooth for 30 minutes until, finally he pulled the tooth with the root out xD

It didn't hurt as much, but it was looooong and exhausting (for me and the dentist xD). Plus I spat blood from his office to home all the way xD
