So a girl I went out on a date with wanted me to play Magic The Gathering with her which..nerd girls that are into body art are fuckin fantastic so meh, I said sure. I bought a starter deck cause it was only 13 and.....I ended up liking it lol. So I bought some booster packs and what not :'(

I went into this one card shop with my friend who has...very...nice....perky....tits and most people say I generally look like a biker so when we walked into the card shop to pick up some card protectors, all the kids sitting at the tables playing stopped and starred. I almost said fuck this and left "I WILL NOT BE ONE OF THEM!!!"

Anyone else here play?

You don't have to be a basement dweller to enjoy MTG (or any other CCG, like YuGi or even ST) - relish in the fact that you're cool, have a hot missus, and STILL play CCGs Very Happy

Meh, it's a game, and there's more brain required than most "sanctioned" games. The fact that it is based around fantasy and magic is what has everyones panties in a twist.

Not a good reason.

Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

Back in the highschool I had a friend (well more of annoyance) who had like tons of these cards and he would go on and on and on about them... I wanted to slit his throat with these damn cards -.-"

Now on uni there are bunch of ppl who play D&D but I never really got that, so when they start talking about stats and magic and whatnot I just slightly move away and try to find ppl who will talk sth a bit more interesting xD

God, yugi was fun on the GBA.

Did you ever play that marvel trading card game on PC? I played the hell out of that too. Lan games are so fun. It's free now since Capcom or whoever owned the game dropped suppot for it. Now you can just play on lan Smile Filefront has it for DL
