The "non tradeable" tag is a no tradeable item, for you forever, also, the companion cube could be trade for something interesting, but forget the 300bucks for it.

Some items are tradeable, some are not. Most of them can be wrapped.
You can get about $15 for these. The treasure hat goes for $9, but the wrap is about $1.50.

They're worth a hug and probably a buck. 
The g. Pin is the only "valuable" thing, goes for $2. You can't get more than $3 for these.
