Only three attributes
“There are three main stats: magicka, health, stamina. In Oblivion you have 8 attributes and 21 skills. Now it’s 3 attributes and 18 skills and."
evolution of 'rpg', next series there will probably be 0 attributes

Which are all derived attributes and shouldn't even count - fact is, with Skyrim Bethesda has removed ALL base attributes from the game. Just so the little derps and derpettes wouldn't have to deal with big scary numbers.

Because you've confused RPG with game mechanics
A roleplaying game doesn't actually need those kinds of things. We use them as mechanics to keep track of things and create rewards, but a genuine roleplaying game really doesn't need them. An actual RPG is about playing a role and making choices in that world. With a DM making decisions based on what you actually do, the game mechanics become unimportant. Its why we can have RPGs like Amber, which are diceless, the next step would be to remove the attributes. It's much like interactive story telling.
It's why I cringe every time I see some game claim to have "RPG elements" what they're really saying is that they've included a sword, or the character has the ability to choose a skill. These are just game mechanics and don't really have anything to do with an RPG. An RPG Would allow you to make choices that have lasting impacts on the world itself, and deciding if you use a sword or axe isn't one of those choices.
While I certainly enjoy the common game mechanics of many RPGs, they are mechanics and not the game style/genre itself.
I'm not defending bethesda here, frankly I not really a big fan of them, just pointing out that the attribute-less RPG is more than possible

280 perks is still nice (FO3 had like 60-70 or so i think)... i like attributes though, but hardly a game breaker, i'm pretty sure they know what they're doing to keep it interesting.

So how will these skills work if you don't have strenght and so on? Will all characters do the same damage with swords, with the only diffrens being the weapon stats?

Exactly, just look at Call of Duty, it doesn't have any of this nonsense.

5-Auto Health regeneration . WHAT. THE. FUCK. Seriously, Bethesda? Jesus fucking christ, that's the most retarded feature one could add to the rpg game.

Fortunately it should be one of the simplest things to mod out, you'll see one released within hours of the game's release I'd wager.
