I wouldn't call something that Counter-Strike had quite a long time ago as "innovative".

Counter-Strike doesn't have wall-piercing bullets. They pierce wooden crates and wooden doors though.

Go play some Counter-Strike. Come back and post that nonsense again.

Games should be clones at heart, but they should bring new things to the table, things of significance and not just new skins and models on the exact same game. For the derps and those that didn't play BF2, BF3 is going to seem very innovative after BFBC2.
There's plenty more COD could be doing for the money it earns. Just because their playerbase is made up of house bricks who love nothing more than buying the same thing year in and out doesn't mean they're doing all they can, they're just money hungry cunts and that has been overly established. Even though EA/DICE are the same, they at least produce something worth playing that doesn't leave you regretting your purchase. Maybe it's just me, growing up in a time where you could expect something better than the last and get it more times than not. |
I think you forget that DICE and EA put out Medal of Honor. Don't think I need to tell you how that bombed. Plus you seem to forget that no so long ago those money hungry cunts were called EA.
CoD:BO so far has sold roughly around 18 million copies. If you saw that and were the developer of the next CoD, you wouldn't rush in and change the engine, mechanics, and all round workings of the formula. I personally will be buying both games and enjoying both games. I won't sit here and bash one or the other just for the sake of bashing. Thats what alot of people do on here and it's kinda pointless.

So you are saying that CoD is EXACTLY the same every year? Stop being a hater and bashing on something you clearly don't play. Each year they change quite a fair bit of stuff. Last year BLOPS put in the whole theater system, new zombie compaigns, dead ops arcade and the text game (the name escapes me). All new multiplayer maps, with new currency system, wager matches. You are looking from the outside into something that appears to be the same yet is totally different.
With MW3 they are doing spec ops again which was one of the highlights of MW2, multiplayer I don't know much yet but they seem to be switching that up in some way with how killstreaks work and im sure they will make different perks, improvements to old ones too.
Like I've stated before BF3 will be the better game, I've played the Alpha and already think it's better than what MW3 can be.
Yes I did read your previous posts, and from what I can gather, you just want to sit there and bash CoD. Which by the way, pretty much sums up the way the gaming community is going. If it's successful, bash it and call all players of it derps. WoW went through this stage a while back.
Not gonna sit here and argue over it, if you feel there are no changes, then you feel that way and play something else. I'll enjoy both.

I hope it's full of shit because if not then WOW.
What is this shit, a perk that let's you carry two primary weapons with attachments, a killstreak that fires 5 predator missiles, Juggernaut armor in MP?
The fuck?

Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty
