So it seems that along with AUDs the remote explosives are also exclusive to the boxed copies. This is pretty fucking dumb, as the explosives are actually very handy.
(Someone please tell me I'm wrong here)
Oh, and do vendors actually restock?

And afaik vendors only restock when you visit the hub for the second time....

Yes, the "preorder packs" come with Steam keys that you activate manually on Steam.
