Win8 will have lower hardware requirements than Vista & Win7.

DV2, your old scanner (or what was your 10 y/o hardware) that has no drivers won't work, no.
Also, 16-bit DOS games won't work in 7 64-bit.

Works great with DOSBox in 64 bit.
