These days anyone criticising or warning about islamisation tend to be shunned as racists or islamophobes, esp. now that the insane massmurderer Breivik murdered in the name of conservatism, christianity, anti-islam and anti-leftism. Those people should watch this Norwegian (subbed) documentary where an Arab living in Norway travels to Egypt etc. to meet muslims and arabs who knows a lot about the Muslim Brotherhood, their goals and their tactics. Overall it's a documentary about non-violent islamisation of Europe where Yusuf al-Qaradawi is one of the master strategists with many books under his name.
my reasoning was that the title of the thread was already misleading / a lie, because the muslim brotherhood has been around for ages and been discussed to death in any documentary about islam or terrorism that i know of. So, dragging old and known shit up, seems to me like more anti-islamic fearmongering in the wake of oslo to switch back to the old and tried path of islamophobia. If it was new to you or the original poster, you re welcome, but i have my doubts.

Oh look! look! it's the Marxistic Elite! Breivik was right!
What a stupid "documentary". Nothing but fear mongering, random citing and one sided representation of whats currently happening -_-
Even as a moderate muslim this piece of trash is incredibly offending. What is the goal of this video? Stop muslims while they are in the minority? I can't see any other message. The bald guy at the beginning had it right. Bring europe into islam should be the goal, not generalizing about the one side and creating hate and fear on both sides...
Just look at the comments and you will see what type of people watch and post under this ones. Breivik was just the first, there will be much more and this time they'll target the muslims too... or?
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

Oh god here comes the islam/muslim fear mongering again. "But it's all about criticizing the islamic belief, muslim people are OK!" I hear you say. Well maybe that's the case for you, but I believe in the end it's the muslims in Europe that are going to be fucked. Yet again a minority may be persecuted in Europe.
Because this is 2011. We have now seen in Utøya what unlimited islam hating will do to some people. I'm pretty fed up with non western immigrants myself -- heck I'm a certified racist and all according to some -- but defining islam in its entirety as evil will lead to bad things in society.
It's like doing chemo while a quick surgery could also have removed the tumor with minimal side effects. Throwing out specific (islamic) individuals that are inciting hatred seems like a far better and safer approach to me.

I think the muslims will quickly become victims. Because Breivik skipped the first step. He killed the people that wanted to give muslims equal rights. For a muslim hater it would make more sense to first kill muslims, instead of white Norwegians!
The debate in Holland is also ridiculous. Breivik praised Geert Wilders in his manifest, and claimed he had attended Wilders' invite only anti-islam speeches. Yet Wilders insists he is in no way connected to Breivik or what people in general do with his ideas . I think he's an outrageous and irresponsible fuck.

I always knew there ws something fishy with these muslims.
Now where have I left my pitchfork?

I fully agree with the objective, well-argumented and constructive documentary. It's as great and informing as a Michael Moore movie. I recommend everyone to watch it so you all understand how evil muslims are.
the muslim brotherhood is not a new wave of islamisation but already nearly hundred years old...
You simply misunderstood, and I forgive you for that.
ps. it's not an anti-Islam thread, it's and anti-ISLAMISM thread. Big difference there.
New wave of islamisation is NOT about how old the Muslim Brotherhood is but the fact that they've changed their tactics and strategies completely. 15+ years ago they funded terror-camps in various places, now they've washed their hands of terrorism (even though they support other islamist struggles where violence is used) and use subterfuge, ideology and politics to expand and gain influence outside Egypt.
The mere fact that you're calling it fear-mongering is typical of the people that react to claims of islamisation with knee-jerk reactions and go "racist, islamophobe, xenophobe". They took that up in the documentary where muslims says those people are ignorant. And I agree.

You're the ignorant one. FFS, it was muslims describing how islam has been hijacked by ideologically driven political groups.
The fact that all interviewees were muslims that didn't subscribe to political islam doesn't seem to have any impact on any of you. Are you members of the Muslim Brotherhood or something, or are you just ignorants that just jerks your knees regarding Islam?
How many of you watched the WHOLE documentary? And please, the muslims here, did you REALLY feel like it was an attack on Islam? It was NOT? It was an attack on ISLAMISM, and unless you're an islamist yourself you would agree with every word in that documentary. It's a documentary by muslims for muslims and non-muslims alike. It's pro-Islam but anti-Islamism.
Yet all I see are stupid knee-jerk reactions against me and the documentary.
You people don't know the difference between Islam and Islamism? Is that why you make assumptions based on erroneous prejudice and concepts? Or have you even thought about this at all or are you just reacting like sheep?
Again, nothing in what I've written or what was said in the documentary was against muslims in any way. It was against islamism, political Islam.

Then you didn't understand anything. This documentary was made by muslims, with muslims being interviewed (a former member of the Muslim Brotherhood, leader of Muslim Brotherhood, Hassan al-Banna's (founder of the Muslim Brotherhood) little brother and other muslims). Until now most documentaries has been rather biased and indeed used generalisation and threatening images, often made by non-muslims. But THIS documentary is NOT one of those.
I fully agree with the objective, well-argumented and constructive documentary. It's as great and informing as a Michael Moore movie. I recommend everyone to watch it so you all understand how evil muslims are.
Then you didn't watch it, you're jumping to conclusions or you're just feeling attacked without any reason. It's a pro-muslim anti-islamism documentary. Nowhere does it say muslims are evil or bad.
So much fucking FUD among the members here, whether turkish muslims or just ignorants.

Well banning political islam is fine by me. But generalizing a la Wilders is not (islam is nazism, ban the Koran etc.) If Egypt or whatever other country wants the muslim brotherhood in power, I don't think we can dictate them if that's right or wrong. We also wouldn't like someone else abroad to lecture us, do we?
The only weapon they've got is the womb. Nothing a cruise missile can't solve, if they're really so stupid as to invade Europe. And if all else fails, wannabe Breiviks will come to the rescue... Let's hope it won't come to all that.

So this is a documentary made by muslims for muslims ergo unbiased? What kind of moronic reasoning is that? I understand it's not vilifying muslims directly, but it does leave room for such a conclusion. I won't even bother discussing, since according to you we're a bunch of retards unable to understand what we watch.

Of course it's biased. It's biased towards non-political Islam, against islamism. The only way you can feel getting into a defensive position is necessary is if you agree with the Muslim Brotherhood and islamism in general.
