Thinking about building a new system taking from the fact that the actual one is nearly dead .

Hard drive has low speed and is dying, processor seems ok but too slow, video card shows artifacts in windows and in games + some youtube streaming artifacts .

I was thinking for an i5 2500k, and from what i've read online this a cool processor but I want to hear it from the owners if there are any people with this processor here, please post a mini review .

Also, is it worth to pay a few more bucks to get the gtx 560 ti over the gtx 460 ?

What CASE do you guys suggest ? I like the HAFs from CoolerMaster, especially HAF 932 and HAF X 942, Corsair 600T, NZXT H2 .

Yes. It's faster than a GTX 470 and on 1680x1050 it'll even beat the 480 at many occasions (surprisingly, mostly in non-NVIDIA games); at 1080p and up it sits smack down in the middle between the 470 and 480. Does so with slightly lower temperatures and noise than even the 460 as well.

All good cases, although the last two would get my preference because they are slightly quieter with slightly better airflow (partially due to better cable management).

I watched some youtube unboxing videos of NZXT H2 and the plastic seems very cheap and it looks like its gonna resonate like hell.

Not sure, I haven't really watched any videos.

I've got an NZXT Phantom myself though, and if the H2 is of the same quality, it won't resonate at all. Most of mine is some form of plastic as well, but not your average type. This shit is very, very rigid, really good stuff.
