Regarding the ban.
In the thread that culminated in my ban, I initially posted a youtube video and made a brief comment on that video stating that I agreed with most of it but I extended the concept of insulting religion to any other form of belief.
I was then called upon a debate with other members in which they questioned and confronted me regarding the nature of my anarchism, I replied several times that the only logical position to be in is a position of non belief.
Furthermore in this particular situation it was clear that I was invited to a conversation by iconized as he stated himself with this post:

So, not only this ban transcends the traditional forum rules since there was no rule broken in that thread, as it also doesn’t apply to the special conditions set forth by sYn, in which I should abstain from forcing unwanted conversations about anarchy.
I am aware that I’m hated in this forum and most of you don’t want me here, but this specific ban is unjustified by the same rules that you uphold, it is clear that this ban was nothing more than a personal situation and nothing more!
Regarding the subject.
I have been asked to clarify some of my positions and past statements on another thread, and I abstained from doing so, and I don’t need to offer any explanation as to why I haven’t replied to that thread yet.
Most of you need to learn though how to differentiate subjects, when I’m promoting anarchism as an ideal political system for society , I’m having one sort of debate, one I’m criticizing the State as the belief system that it is and the dictatorial fundamentals that it represents, I’m having a whole other discussion entirely, they aren’t even related discussions.
I am aware I won’t probably get a chance to reply to this post, since this account is yet going to be banned before this post is even fully read, nevertheless I am entitled to an explanation as to the nature of this attitude toward my person, this utterly ridiculous and unjustified ban, and above everything else what did I ever did to anyone in this forum to deserve the same treatment as a forum troll?

Then you signed up again with a false account and started trolling again. You are very much the forum troll, insulting everybody and forcing your nonsense opinions down everyone's throats. You talk of entitlement? Just who the hell do you think you are? You are entitled to NOTHING. A lot of people defended you, used to respect you, but those bridges have long since been burned away by your treatment of others. If you'd have just learned to shut the fuck up when you were told to, none of this would have happened. Spreading your opinionated bullshit in every thread, talking down to others, insulting them, flaunting your superiority complex, attacking their beliefs, their tastes, their opinions -- and then, just because you're so god damned arrogant as to believe the world owes you something; you sign up with a fake account and start doing it all over again!!
Seek professional help.

You posted a video and then after some time started with the state, and anarchy and how wrong that system is.
And mods said specifically: don't bring state/anarchy into any other thread other than your own, or you'll get perm banned.
You violated that and you were banned. Simple as that.
You cannot excuse yourself by saying: oh there are two different subjects, and this wasn't anarchy, or sth like that. You were told, don't bring any of that up in any other thread.
You were cool, but this attitude was throwing ppl away from the humps...
I'm sorry for that because you really seem like intelligent person, and someone who could (and did) benefit the forum community, but lately you've gone awol with this anarchy thing.

I didn't ask for the defense (or hostility) of anyone, I wasn't here seeking friends or enemies, merely stating facts.
It was those facts that offended you, not me.
If a person is ugly or stupid, why should we pretend otherwise for the sake of their emotions?..
Please.
I'm not looking forward to be praised or hated, only for the validity or falsehood of facts.
If you leave your emotional hatred at the door for 5 seconds, you know that this attitude is against the forum rules.

I was perm banned without a reason, don't even tell me about violating rules.
I was banned countless times before and I NEVER violated a ban, because to some extent they were justified.
This one wasn't, it was personal, and I want an explanation.
And there's a difference between being drawn into a discussion by iconized as to promptly start the discussion myself.
Also, I have had times where I would easily and willingly post a 800 words post only for the sake of keeping the argument and justifying where do they come from.
But if I'm not in the mood to continue that philosophical discussion because of how many times I've been offended, then suddenly it's my fault?

Once again, I've been abstaining from having certain conversations.
Iconized drawn me into a discussion in the other thread.
I'm judged for initiating arguments and not being in the mood to continue certain debates, and I'm also judged when I merely reply to questions thrown my way?

It's funny, because it seems to me as no serious discussion about those facts was possible in your own thread.
I have no problem accepting a fact, until one is presented to me that is.
The only "fact" I see is that you seem to have an illusory idea about what rationality is and to what end it is used.

In other words, we are allowed to be arrogant, but only when the majority of people agrees with us, all is fine when we're stating how unworthy and ridiculous religious people are, but when it comes to other more delicate topics, the arrogant is me...
Also, regarding my musical criticism.
It's also fine when it concerns Rebecca Black and Justin Bieber, but no, I cannot speak badly of hip hop since we have members who like that music.
Don't you see how selective this attitude is?

Anyway. No, in principle, the democratic state is not a belief system. I can accept the idea that nationality is a belief system. But the stat is not. Everybody knows that the state is based upon certain laws and norms, no dogms, that can and are changed and altered over time. Those rules and norms can be completely changed by one person, f.e.: a dictator or by a group of people, f.e.: the revolutionaries in 1789. The constitution of a state is based upon agreements and compromises (no belief in anything whatsoever). The raison d'état can take different forms depending on the special conditions.
It is obviuos that the modern states are hugely overblown and corrupt. But it is in no way a belief system.
