One thing that is missing for me is adding people as friends in the new design. There is subscribe but not add as friend. :\

channels look like total shit imo i cant find anything anymore. Also couldnt sort uploaded videos by msot viewed and date added.

I don't get why they hide the status bar during play and let it hover over the video? Why not just let it be there the whole time underneath the video?
