...why the fuck are they so dumb?
the fucker didn't pay the last months rent and still didn't pay the deposit for the apartment.... and he's living there since april.
I told him (with a normal voice, and very kind) to pay his rent, till the end of this month. And that fucking cocky bastard answers like an asshole and tells me to wait, cus he didnn't get his payment from his job. Dude, seriously? fuck you. I don't care, just pay the rent you idiot.
I think I'll kick him out and look for a decent family...or just use the apartment for myself.
the apartment is about 70 m² big. it has 3 big rooms and a bathroom, a shower, kitchen and also a personal garage + a big garden to chill out. the house was built in the 50's but we fully renovated it in 2000. We have a modern heating system, the whole floor is laminated with expensive wood and etc...
Dunno how we always find those dumb tenants. I really don't get it. The guy has a good job and earns good money, but he's a retard, seriously.
Fuck it, I'll give him time till the end of this month... then I'll let him shit brix.

kick him out before there will be more troubles...
we did mistake by not kicking out our tenants and they are fucking psychos...we have this neighboor(home owner) who is apparently following them all the time but they do throw cigaretes on his backyard...plus we have illegal basement..so now he wants us to deal with them or he will call city because of the illegal basement
my mom went and talk to them...jeeebus what a fight it was...they were saying they will murder the guy next door and go to court because he is apparently following him...and they do not want to move out....
fucking psychos...seriously...too bad my mom is scared and she refuses to kick them out...she could give them notice to gtfo within a month or go to court with them if they won't move out//sigh
i forseen many more problems in upcomings months..so kick him out while is still early!
