Like the topic says, i need a new mousepad.

Wich one would you recommend that would work flawless with the Razer Naga Epic?

Currently i got 2 in mind that (should) work flawless:

-Razer Vespula Dual Sided Gaming Mouse Mat Click

-Razer Megasoma Click

All this bullshit about "work flawless with" is just that. If a mouse doesn't work with a random cloth or silicon mousepad, the mouse is bad, not the pad :E

I prefer cloth pads myself, and a good sized one at that Razz

I have a Qpad CT (4mm thick), which is pretty good, but I don't have anything to compare it with, since it's my first decent mousepad.
One of the things I like about it is the thickness - it's a bit heavier than your typical mouse pad, so you just drop it where you want it and it works great. It's still quite usable even on less than even or solid surface and seems relatively soft to the hand as well.

The mouse glides over surface quite effortlessly, but it seems that it's getting a bit more friction around the "most used" area now.

Steelseries QcK+ the biggest one..been using this ever since they got out, before that fatpad(but that is thicker so i prefer this). Cheap and cloth Smile

of the 2 you mentioned I have tried the first and I'm not a fan of pads that have different texture at the edge

Mouse pads should cost no more than $7. Ebay has a large selection of nice mouse pads for cheap. You will however have to wait approximately a month to receive it

I like my steelseries QcK+. It's big, has a nice surface, and fabric, which i much prefer over the hard plastic surfaces.

You can also use a piece of printer paper. The only problem is you might have to change it every few weeks and also it slides along the desk unless you put some type of weight on it. Works flawlessly though

Worked perfectly for several months. The only reason I changed is because I found a cool metal gear solid mouse pad for under $5 on ebay. Metal gear solid pic looks better than blank white

If you need a cheap mouse pad, go with printer paper. You cant beat the price

Just because it works doesn't mean it's anywhere near as good for a gamer as a well designed more expensive mouse Smile

Yeah that's my point Wink My crappy mouse works just fine without any mousepad and I can still win most FPS matches. Albeit I haven't really played multiplayer in a couple of years.

Ofc if you use some cheap ass mouse you dont need to use high quality mousepad. There is really big difference on mousepads when you have high quality mice aswell.
