Was about to say, how's that a dumb law?
We've got the exact same thing here, as does Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg...
Edit: Again, we have the same thing here. Seems normal law in Europe, retarded Americans don't get it? :E
Also, I looked at "dumb" Dutch laws, and it lists two:
- It is legal to smoke pot, buy it, or have less than 5 grams with you.
- Prostitution is legal but the prostitutes must pay taxes like any other business.
Still don't see the dumbness in either of these

This one makes sense to me. In a normaly country it would just be stupid, but in a country with as many people as they've got in china - its pretty good to stop people from breeding like rabbits.

It's called antinatalism policy.

Rofl they are wrong on the fact that its legal to smoke weed in the Netherlands, its allowed, but there is no law saying it legal.

Actually having a joint with PURE weed is allowed be be smoked in non smoker area's, as it has no tobacco in it (the non smoker policy applies only on tobacco product).
At least in the shops itself.
