They are two very different multiplayer experiences (That is Battlefield and Call of Duty). I have played almost every game from each series and enjoy them both for what they are. This fanboy conflict between the two is completley pointless when there are many people who play both and enjoy the different aspects of both. Get a grip!

"...a huge improvement in the number of maps, modes and game types’, and to expect ‘more people on maps than you would normally expect’. 32 players was thrown about, but he didn’t want to comment any more on it."
When blops made the switch from 12 to 18 player matches it lagged like crazy on my now aging computer. If mw3 is going to be anywhere near as unoptimized as blops was 32 players is just going to kill of my cpu for good.
In the good 'ol days 32 used to be the normal player limit, in fact back then you would also get shit loads of maps and game modes thrown in for free too. I for one receive this bit of press blurb quite positively. An encouraging sign of derps evolving from those early days of 2005. Perhaps by 2017 they will not need a cover system either for fps.
I used to love COD up until #3. Primary reason I loathe it now is they are not innovating, not evolving and doing the same shit all over again. If Activision hadn't been so outspoken about milking the franchise I don't think so many people, including me, would hate everrything it stands for.
I am all about companies making money on a good product and I totally understand why franchises and sequals are necessary, but now they are taking it to the extreme and people still buy it. It's frustrating to watch.
"The teams at Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games have worked tirelessly to create for the Call of Duty player a scale that is unimaginable with a level of polish and creativity that will push the genre forward.
"The passion and energy of our developers is reflected in everything about the title. From the innovative gameplay, to the cinematic intensity, to the most advanced multiplayer ever, Modern Warfare 3 will raise the bar for this already incredible franchise."
And ofc MW3 is being released the same month as BF3.. Gonna buy BF3, but i sure have doubts about it. I bet it's another CoD in disguise with support for 64 players.

I don't think they have announced a release date for BF3 (other than "Fall 2011") and besides all CoD titles (with the exception of CoD 1 & 2) are being released in November.
If EA doesn't want to launch BF3 in the same month as CoD it's up to them.
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"
Call Of Duty 3 has not yet received an age certification and shows soldiers running through the streets of London with machine guns while bombs explode and buildings tumble to the ground.
Big Ben is clearly visible as are police cars and a London bus amid the violent scenes.
In one particularly vivid shot, an armed soldier on a truck cuts in front of a Tube carriage
lol they should acknowledge the fact that the main heroes in the game are british so for once they get to save the world in a major entertainment title and not the americans

I hope that someone make a game where heroes in the game save pc community from derporrists.
