Ok, My Machine is the main one.. I want to find out the IP of the one upstairs Smile.. How do I do this Very Happy

go to pc upstairs.

start/run/cmd/ipconfig

that should do it Smile

logon to the router and check it like that matching MAC to IP.. run a scan of the network (nmap is all I will say) for an entire subnet (probably gonna be 192.168.0.*) to see if you get any replies from IP's.. I also belive there are tools which will map your network..

E.G. http://www.ipswitch.com/Products/WhatsUp/professional/discovery.html

FYI: the nmap method works the exact same way as the product above, but is not as pretty Razz!

You may try "LanGuard Network Scanner". Using this programm you can find out the ip's, Mac Adress etc.
