Never finished the first one because crap computer I had that time. Any problem if I skip the first and play this one? I mean, I don't want spoil the first in case I decide to play it later.

It needed unbeliavable hardware to run on highest possible settings. If i remember correctly, it even raped my 8800GTX back then.

Shit I have a 560ti and the first still only chugs along at 35-45 fps. Hopefully this one is better optimized.

The registration (And possibly SecuROM activation data for the CE keys.) is not online yet (Still not online now eight hours later since the above was posted.) but they're trying to get everything in order. (Both activation and registration plus that first DLC "Troll Trouble")

I don't have the CE myself so I can't do anything, Premium editions go live tonight 23.59 or what it was, perhaps it was 17th 00.01 and the normal editions a few hours later.
(As posted via the FAQ linked to earlier, also on the TW2 website, can switch the language in that tab up there between English and Polish but this particular news update is not on the English section.)

from gog, the gog version will be unlocked at 17 GMT 7:00AM, 17 14:PM in China.

No, it's just the collector's edition that got unlocked earlier (Except for the Russian CE that has fucking starforce on it with a date-check that is set for 16:00 GMT today). Normal versions will start unlocking tomorrow.
