You've heard the rumors; now get the facts. Ezio's final chapter will bring the answers that fans have been waiting four years to uncover.
Quote: | You'll learn how each of the franchise's major characters -- Altaïr, Ezio, and Desmond -- play a part in the story, and how you'll control each of the three as playable characters. Uncover a brand new part of the world as Ezio travels abroad for the first time to explore the wonders of Constantinople at the height of the Ottoman Empire. Learn about all the new features that set Revelations apart, from a brand new weapon and tool that changes the way you'll fight and traverse the world, to extensive details on the newly customizable multiplayer game. And what exactly is going on with Desmond after the end of Brotherhood? Of course, we also have a wealth of new screens and art to accompany all the information. We unveil all this and more in our magazine cover story, and we'll have more in-depth information, interviews, and videos about the game's central features here on gameinformer.com throughout the month. |

Already hyped, FFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU.
And it was announced also on all 3 platforms in November, but I guess I have to add the 5 months to get the PC version.

Never, or it wouldn't actually improve with each new title.

I know that, but don't you think that it's a bit far fetched that a 50 or 60 yr old dude is going to climb Aya Sofya?

You do know that the whole Bloodline of Altair, Ezio, Desmond and Subject 16 and anything in between are actually demigods (supernaturals)?
It is explained in AC2 that the Assasins' bloodline is combined with the bloodline of The Ones That Came Before ((Minerva, Juno and Jupiter).
That's why all of them have Eaglie Vision and all don't have the neuron receptor in the brain that is responsible for being controlled by the Pieces of Eden. That's why Altair could resist when Al Mualim used the Piece of Eden on him.
And that's why Rodrigo Borgia in AC2 couldn't open the Vault in the Vatican, because he was pure human-blood, while Ezio could open it because he was a demigod and his DNA had those of humans AND The Ones Who Came Before.
So, being a demigod, it's not that weird for Ezio to be in a great shape.
Besides, Geralt has about 100 years in TW1 and you don't complain about that.
Not to mention Wolverine, who is about 120?

Yes, but they are still in great shape because they're demigods. It would only make sense if they had supreme and superior physical fitness compared to normal humans.
In the Codex that Altair wrote, he said that he has been an active Assassin until he died (or did he? The Piece of Eden has healing capabilities, and Altair used the Apple one last time before his estimated death).
The physical prime might has something to do with the usage of the Apple. Al-Mualim(when using the Apple) could fight Altair with ease, even though he was almost 60 AND he was blind to one eye.

Isn't that the way demigods always are depicted in mythology, fiction, etc?
They age normally until a certain point.

I get that he's special, but they shouldn't have gone that much in time, I don't think that the events in world changed that much in 20 yrs or so...

On the contrary. This franchise has only gotten better with each game.
Just because COD degenerates with every sequel, it doesn't mean that other game series have to follow that moronic trend.

No. Just no. |
Agreed; I didn't like AC1 that much (the repetitiveness factor was definitely too high) while I enjoyed AC2 even though it was quite far from being perfect. I haven't completed Brotherhood yet but so far it seems that the game mechanics have been substantially tweaked and improved: if they continue this way, AC3 will be marvellous.
