I'm not a hacker but I'm sure guys who hacked it are pretty smart fellas. And they wouldn't have exposed themselves so if they weren't sure they couldn't get them. Especially no some poor FBI geeks.

Considering they managed to get millions of users personal data, there were in there for quite some time before Sony figured it out. I wouldn't be surprised if they willingly left a trace after before left, just for the media.
