Materials PS360 folder: 0.5GB
Materials PC folder: 1.6GB
The materials folder has vtf (valve texture file) files, so this is the folder the textures are stored. However I can't open them (the console ones, or the PC ones) to compare them probably because Valve updated the format and there's no plugin (or a released SDK) that can read it yet.

The game includes a hidden commentary node that when decrypted has some stats and info for the ARG (the first one as far as I can tell).
For example they spent less than $100 for it but as all viral marketing it created a lot off hype.
