Pretty sure you are not alone on this one
Students all around the world do this, study few days before exams, cheat, pray to God to get a passing grade!
You will do fine, just believe!

Yeah, I have the same situation, I need to finish my seminar in quantum mechanics, 2 little exams in introduction to astrophysics, one final exam in classical electrodynamics and a shit load more oral and written exams
"Quantum mechanics is actually, contrary to it's reputation, unbeliveably simple, once you take the physics out."

And that's the dangerous way of thinking: "8 weeks are an eternity", making you think you can slack for another 5-6 weeks. At the end you're close to getting an aneurysm when you're speed-crunching 24/h day a couple of days before the exams. |
Well it depends on the subject/amount of material to study, but usually in a few days I manage to sort out all the informations and prepare myself for the exam without any particular problem. Having followed classes helps a lot though, since studying becomes something similar to a simple revising process; things are usually quite different if the subject is completely new, as I first need to find the required papers/books to study and then "decipher" them with definitely more concentration than usual
