I sold a faulty laptop on ebay for a friend as spare and repairs and the buyer has just contacted me saying the item was not as described as screws and the left mouse button isnt working, does he have a case in this?

if ur item was listed as not functioning then i doubt he has a case, the item was and is for parts use or repair.. think it says that when u look at the goods info as well its a std ebay msg on used or faulty items.
