Drums, bass line, guitar, everything you hear are their voices. Seen them do this live, took me a few minutes to realise what was going, but it sounds exactly like in this video
Plenty of videos on the tube where they do it live, even in places with shit acoustics like on the street or in the subway.
That depends on your taste, I guess. All I see there is some dudes doing the usual beatbox plus whining and dancing, while they rape "In the air tonight"...

In terms of vocals though, Van Canto is just plain old a capella, N7 go a lot further than that (and further than beatboxing for that matter). It's crazy to hear what they can do, and I swear that when you hear them live, you won't be able to tell the drums or bass apart from the real thing
