"Ship Firefox 4, 5, 6 and 7 in the 2011 calendar year"

Don't know what to say. Mozilla roadmaps always seem very impressive at first, then as time goes on, they are more and more disappointing.

Take it with a shovel of salt.

There are 19 people in the world using Linux, so I couldn't care less about that. Cool Face

And 15 people using FF4.0. Cool Face

I wonder what the intersection between the two groups is.

The intersection is somewhere around the following: 14 people of the ones using FF4.0 use Linux as well, the another lone one is Frant using FF4.0 on Windows. Cool Face

Is it Chrome only page? FF and IE show only textboxes with pretty blue circles. With FF windows of course Smile

They want to change the naming strategy. Google gives every minor revision of Chrome a new major version number and Mozilla are afraid that derps will think that Chrome is far more advanced than FF because of this. Therefore they want to label maintenance releases as new products as well to stay competitive.

well, hating ff since forever for being fugly and slow as shit, 4.0 really blew me away
it's light as a feather even with 300+ tabs open, cleaned up UI and the tab group is a killer feature i've been waiting for the last five years
way overdue and brilliant
i was really surprised as every version until now had been so awful.

however, i can't get the addon icons to show up on 4.0 - i guess i will have to wait a while for the addon makers to fix them

I need an add-on that gives a full non-moving bar at the bottom that shows what is being loaded (and stuck). Anybody know of such an add-on?
