Wont work you can't mod Crysis 2 it will not load from it's file system i only runs from it's pak files. |

I'm really having a blasted time playing the game. Despite its overdone linearity and unwanted simplification, it is a great shooter as opposed to ones that have come out in the last year for example. It has a decent and foremost a stable singleplayer campaign. Will take it slow on the game, won't rush anything through.

Thanks for the links guys, but it turns out that the author was probably uploading the latest version (1.5) and now the link is working again.

I'm getting some pretty annoying micro stutterring. Everything is fluid but it skips every 3 secs when i walk around. And it's not one of those "low fps" stuttering type.
Fuck
Anyone else getting this ?
I'm on Gamer settings , 1680 x 1050 , V-Sync off and everything else to default btw.

had that too. updating the nvidia drivers from 260.something to 266.58 fixed it for me.

i got that advanced crysis 2 graphic option thing but there aint no autoexec.cfg in root folder, looked everywhere for it, any ideas where that file is located? thnx, windows 7 64 bit.

r_HDRlevel defautls at 6.x something, this actual result depends on the ToD light strength, fog values and overall color scheme, clouds and much else so it doesn't give a clear indication on it's own.
(Similar with SSAO strength and exposure for shadows and such.)
Bloom I'm uncertain about, think the correct term is the hazy glow effect but I'm not sure.

it asks you to point to the root of the game when u use it.. so why not just point to the root of your game?

This might be why youre still seeing the blur. Try lowering the graphic settings to advanced. I too was getting around i think ~70fps on hardcore setting with my single GTX480

And the new nanosuit works well with the pace of the action. The old suit would have been a pain in the ass in this game

The old suit would work even better in this game, but crytek figured that it would be too complicated too use for most of the derps.
