I'm having a weird problem with light sources being visible through all objects including characters and walls. Has anyone encountered this?

hmmmmm.

Well, its not cracked 100%, Upgraded a bank, which allows you to invest in other buildings. Wanted me to go online..

Can't use that feature, unless you are logged in.

Having not played the console versions, i dunno how much of a game breaker it is though. And if thats one i found in the first 30mins, how many other things are there later on.

Only the investment. Ubisoft explained that everything except the investment feature is available offline.

Ahh ok, i tend not to read stuff Ubi write much But how much of a game breaker is it? Seems strange to have that needing a connection, or am i missing something here completely????

http://www.vg247.com/2011/03/15/report-ubisoft-soundtrack-files-sourced-from-pirates/

http://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/g4dh1/ubisoft_using_torrented_soundtrack_as_a_part_of/

Quote:
I've noticed something strange about the soundtrack: http://i.imgur.com/Trkzd.png Quick search reveals the source of the files: http://i.imgur.com/mA409.png It's quite obvious Ubisoft simply converted downloaded FLAC files to mp3.

Quote:
To join the dots, this suggests that when it came time to bundle the soundtrack for inclusion in the PC edition, an Ubisoft staffer may have converted the pirated files rather than find an official source.

This isn't the first time Ubisoft has used pirated material/cracks in their games Laughing This shit will NEVER get old for me ... Ubisoft, the biggest dicks in the industry when it comes to DRM, are friggin' famed for using cracks and other pirated material.

Epic.

Indeed, but I think they have the legal right Laughing to pirate their own material. I mean they own it, they are not causing any harm to their or anyone else's business.

On the other hand Microsoft.......... http://x10hosting.com/forums/computers-technology/18346-microsoft-using-pirated-software.html

And http://www.tomshardware.com/news/DRM-Myth-Max-Payne-Steam,10406.html but they had good reason, they couldn't find an unprotected exe of the game for the latest version.

Is the DLC playable while offline (a.k.a. with the pirated version)?

Because in the game's manual, it states we need to log in into UPLAY, to unlock the Da Vinci DLC.

Confused

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
