Yea, my last tenant kinda ran away. she didn't do shit, now I have to clean / paint and repair everything. thank god my mother is helping me, couldn't do it alone.
my tenant was a real bitch. she told us that she'll have everything cleaned and etc. untill the 28th feb.....yea...my ass. She put the keys in my mailbox and took the first plane to brazil - I hope she gets raped by some monkeys there... that fucking cunt. I think she was a whore...dunno...kinda looked like one...
gah... just wanted to bitch about it....
back to work....

Is there any way you could track her down? If she didnt pay the bills just tell the companies that it's her that has to pay them, give them her phone number and the dates she lived there.

Well, I have her cell number and she wrote a nice little msg. "dear mr.XXXX I'm no more in germania (she rly said that) and now I'm living my life in brazil"
...yea, fuck you bitch. I know that you are still somewhere here in germany. A while ago I wrote down her boyfriends cars plate number, cus I was sure something like that would happen, cus she was always a bitch. I think I'll sue her.

Sue her, track down her family if possible. Make sure you get every penny and make sure to include your expense of time into the matter. Try to include loss of income to due inability to get a new tenent, because the place was a mess after the agreed cleanout date. In my opinion you need to wrench every fucking euro they own from these people. People are unable to find proper housing and cunts like these dont make it any easier.

I recently had the exact same problem, except my tenant didn't even leave the house keys... I had to get a court order to break in, and obviously the place was a mess. He'll have to pay for everything in court, though, but it takes a loooong time.
Maybe I can try to find her on brazilian websites/social networks (I also suggest you try the Orkut, as it's very popular among brazilians), if that's of any help.

I wouldn't put in the time or effort to track her down. I would just call it a loss of business and try to rent to better people in the future.
