Use some aluminium folie on your walls 
I would be happy when i reach 40-80 later on... I smoke about 50gram in 10 weeks so that would be perfect!

Just got an email yesterday i paid 6 pounds to less *triple slaps in the face* so i hope to get it next week. I got today the seeds in so thats something

Could it be a female? Is it the a clone of the other plants? If it is different and female it is possible that it requires a longer period of darkness to start the budding. I would leave it in the dark for 2-days solid, then maybe try 14 hrs dark/10 hrs light. if you were doing 12/12 cycle before.
Also with the streching, it is a sign the plant needs stronger light or to be closer to a light source. It could be where you have placed that plant, farther away from the light.
I would NEVER chop it prematurely. What a waste.
I would stick it back into the growing cycle and CHOP the top off. Make a clone of that for later.
Now that you chopped the top off that plant will go into lateral growth, the nodes you see on the stem, little shots will appear and grow. Samw spot where you sex the plant. This is also where the bud is formed. In the veggie growth cycle it will grow branches with more oppurtunity for budds when you flip the light later. Before -if you let it bud on its own you would of gotten small budds but they would of not been dense and would of turned to shack.
I would also remove any yellow larger leaves. They aren't doing anything for the plant except bloking light.
you can google plant Auxins. They can be manipulated so your yield will be greater.
The pictures you posted looked like they were chopped at the right time. 3/4 flowers, and they look hard enough. Here because our weed has to look aesthetic, we chop the points off the buds.

I don't smoke it either anymore.
Paper I could see going moldy, holding mold spores. That is one of the most destructive things about a crop at budding.

most people I know, and I have seen results use 1000w HPS for the bud cycle. 250 w really isn't cutting it. But it is what you can afford right? But that is what is holding you back. It is always about the light.
The 250 w would be fine for clones, and veg. growth.
To get everything just right is such a interesting science that takes a lot of knowledge and experience. I found it was such a cool hobbiy but I have nothing, and haven't had anything to do with that for years.

yes it's a female from a random seed that i somehow got. there's also a little bit of budding going on but it just doesnt look good enough, i think it's somekind of mutant. i could try putting it in the darkness for 2-days, but changing the light cycle is out of the question, i dont wanna freak out the other plant. i've also topped it

yeah i dont have room enough for a bigger light. but i think you're wrong about this, 250w is definitely enough, i have grown 4 plants under it and they all gave me lots of weed and since im only growing for myself and to a few of my friends... it is enough. i've never sold it to anyone. i give it away for free, sharing is caring

that is true, ive been doing this about two years and there's always something new to learn. will definitely read more about auxins, thanks pistolshrimp
and i will post some pics of my set up when i find my camera. got a bit too wasted yesterday as i was celebrating my graduation
