I've not tried it yet, no, sorry -- but! I had roughly the same error message with Venetica, where it complained that the disk is dirty or it had been ejected. The fix? MultiMAN 1.15.x (or 1.16, if you have BDEMU.BIN) and the SELECT-X loading method from external. It was the only way -- and select-x only works on External games.
Give that a try mate.

Not sure but i really feel more comfortable with a 360 controller especially for shooters, any news on 360 version working on older dashboard one before Kinect update ?

I know its a long shot but can anyone confirm if this will be playable after patching with Wavepatchers and using the kinect dash ?.

I only bought a 4gb as i thought every game being able to run on external was also working on internal.
the game boots up just fine if that's what you are thinking. It's when i reach a new chapter i think it stops and says i ejected the damn disc :S

Sadly no.. some games don't like being ran from pure data at all, the old "black screen" games. New MultiMAN has workarounds in place for those when ran from external.

Seems like there may well be an issue with the PS3 version afterall... reading a few reports from people all saying it freezes after the first level, complaining that the disk has been ejected.

Seems this release is too small.. by almost two GIGABYTES. There's another release floating around that is just over 6GB and apparently that one is working. I'll keep researching.

Nothing confirmed yet mate, just reading reports from random people. Nobody has listed a name/filename of this "other" release, so it's hear-say at the moment.

Played through what i think was the first chapter and i got an error saying my disc was ejected, and that was the end for that shit release.

i tried it myself been playing for 20 mins from external i passed the so called intro and now im some kind of a city walking on a skyscraper when i supposedly will receive this error message about the disk
