i think youre full of shit to be honest. i bet in 10 minutes... or even an entire week, you couldnt make a film that had as big of a following or a legacy as long lasting as troll 2.

Filming me taking a dump would be a better movie, and that's my point. Just because it has a cult following doesn't make it good. Otherwise crap like Justin Bieber and Britney Spears would be classified as good and I seriously doubt you'd agree with that sentiment, am I rite?
but at the same time i do now that people think filmmaking is piss easy, but it isnt. people make lots of shitty films but they quickly fade into obscurity because noone even remotely cares about them.
troll 2 WAS shit, but it was that 'special' kind of shit, which atleast has a charm about it... whether it was accidental or not, or to what degree the film knowingly self parodied itself its irrelivant (naming the town nilbog kinda suggests that it was happily taking the piss out of itself ), the end result is what mattered... a shit film, but a very watchable shit film that you can laugh at and talk about... and thats not something that most people could accomplish.
id rather kick back with some popcorn and beer and watch troll 2 than i would alone in the dark or max payne or book of eli or any other number of films. troll 2 was shit, but it was fun shit, and i think its bs to say with total certainty that you could make a film that was as fun to watch as troll 2, thats all.
Well, even I had problems understanding at least the guys in the dead snow trailer. This should be pretty easy for a swede. And about the movie i think it sucks, had a few nice scenes, but overall a crappy fucking movie, but I generally don't like Norwegian movies.
