So I like smoking pot.... a lot..... actually I fucking love it, and I can't imagine life without it.... but that's another story...

So, I was running low on bud yesterday, and went to go visit my friend during my work lunchbreak to pickup an half an oz of some really good bud.

Once I had it, I threw it into my laptop briefcase and kinda of forgot about it.

Today,at work I open my laptop case and this HUGE smell of skunk just emerges and lowe and behold my half oz of pot out in the open.... I fucking forgot to take it out last night....

My whole office smells like pot now and I'm paranoid as fuck... I just turned on the fan and sprayed some goddamn lysol around to hide the smell....

help me?

I'm freaking out maaaaaaaan.

Most of the smell has dissipated though, thank god.

I gotta start paying more attention to shit like this.

the whole reason this happened is that your brain is fucking mashed from overdoing the smoking bro Very Happy

And the part of you " im freaking out maaaaan. help me?" parts? well its pretty much an effect from the skunk smoking, its called paranoia....

My misses brother is mashed now at 24 from skunk smoking etc, watching him over the years loose his ability to bother or react to things with any real thought has been quite scary..

But of course Very Happy he says he does not have any problems..

It could be though that its more damaging to certain individuals, id like some peoples views on this? is it you think like drinking where some just drink and drink, and not get really assholed can handle it etc? and would be a samey sort of thing with smoking pot?

the smell isn't gone. it's still there. you're just used to it. leave the office for 5 min, go back in and you'll smell the pot again Razz

you know what your right, all this pot smoking has definitely affected my short term memory, I notice that all the time. I forget shit all the damn time, I guess why my house/office is smeared with postit note reminders. Paranoia, yep that's another big one for me.

Though I will say, I've been smoking pot for almost 10 years, I got through high school, got through college with good grades, and I managed to find a great job with a nice salary and get my own place. So I guess I managed somehow, even if I smoke weed literally every day. I agree that it affects others more than some though.

I am glad it is not my poison, have seen people like you described. They seem to live in their own world, out of touch with reality, short term memory not functioning properly and thus long term memory as well.
