@JackQ the people at cs.rin didnt even understand the protection. They tried to collect the data packets like they did for AC2 but this method doesnt work for settlers 7.

must say, its pretty dissapointing that no ones had luck with this yet... not so much because id like to play it (i said 'like' not WANNTT), but rather because it represents a win against piracy... and that really sucks.

scene lately not the same as it was years ago, it is less focused, but i have a feeling that somewhere someone working on server emulation and the surprise will come xmas;)
(just a feeling). |

Yeah you are right.Now days they are conentrating more on their nfo-wars.Last example is Skidrow release of Oddworld...

UbisoftGameLauncher.exe
and check "use watcher"
11. Now copy and paste the "UbisoftGameLauncher.exe" in "H.A.W.X 2 Dll Injection" folder to C:\Program Files\UBISOFT\Ubisoft game launcher
12. Run the Patch.exe in CDkey Bypass folder and click on apply patch and browse to the above UbisoftGameLauncher.exe
13. After all this is done, start the game using HAWX2.exe
14. The game will take about 10 seconds to start so be patient.
NOTES:-
------
* Logger.dll will make a text file called "Winsock_Log.txt" in your ROOT Drive (C:\), nothing dangerous, it's a winsock hook that logs some data.
* This program is using a commercial Hook Engine by MadCode @ Madshi.net
* I am not the owner of these files, i have simply assembled everything and created a torrent and instructions for fellow bitgamers. All credit goes to their original coders.

This is the same crack dat has been released 2 months ago in wbb.same old shit.doesnt works and asks to quit as no network is found.

Some of the early StarForce games took a long, long time to crack. This one seems worse as you can't even have Clones to mount :\

It's more expensive and it alienates some of the potential buyers. Of course it's up to each company to determine if the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.
