Unfortunatly Same issues using VPN here, somehow they are checking location somewhere else, perhaps either Steam Directly or even another file somewhere.

No, they just seem to have blacklisted well known VPNs. Sneaky buggers.
When I'm home to my parents at Xmas, I should set something up on my fathers computer I could tunnel through.

Did they get rid of NPCs repairing weapons? I can't find anyone to do it.

Anyone find a fix for the DLC JBeckman posted. It seems the outfits are not working in 3rd person mode.

The BSA format differs between the PC and X360 versions, I'd need the PC version of the BSA file (Any which one will do.) to check it further, ESP's do work so those aren't necessary.
EDIT: Solved.
EDIT:

(Ideally archive invalidation invalidated should be installed and invalidation be active, said BSA files can also just be removed and then this used instead but the previous method is better.)

Won't using a vpn to buy games get you banned? I thought Valve was acting against that.

As usual, the game is pure obsidion. Good story marred by maaaany technical issues.

What are you referring to by the previous method? I am running the US PC version on Steam if that helps any.

Fallout 3 had a lot of technical issues on consoles too. Maybe the consoles are finally hitting the limit?

No, it's the internet's fault. Now that console game developers are able to patch the game after release they are slacking off.
