I see your point, i have limited list of people that i follow because only a few post something interesting and for my ears. The thing with twitter is, that if you "advertise yourself" it really strikes out like soar thumb. where as on facebook , everyone does it. Using facebook for games is like taking photos with a phone for your portfolio. Every person i know , even they don't want to admit it(i can spin words so easy, and make them admit this) they like attention. They need approval with their daily lives so that they dont feel shallow and alone. the reasons people give to use facebook ( stalking hot girls in their neighborhood, searching for a party to crash, sending silly images of themselfs, playing farmville ) are saying more about them than about facebook as a service, and these people are the reason why i not use it.
