Well, some guys uploaded some .reg files, which could get you to lobby, but then it kicks you out. Seems like there is a problem with lag. If you have ping more than 30ms, than you can't join a room. Something like that.
Just reading the chat in the Tunngle room, and this popped up:
Quote:
1. go to start > run... > type regedit and press enter;
2. now, using the left pane, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Classes > Software > Microsoft > and click on XLive;
3. now right click in the right pane > New > String Value > and name it ConnectionOverride;
4. right click on the new value > Modify... > and type Tunngle and press ok.
I'll give it a try and post back.
@mroussev: No, not sure how to do that. Is it a setting in GFWL or is a priority change in Windows network settings?
I like this game more and more. Started a career with Virgin racing, and won in Bahrein. But then, i changed to hard, and it was realy challenging. In the end, managed to finish 6th in Melbourn..
..but damn, that pit stop bug, i spent almost 14 seconds there. It needs to be fixed asap..
Seems to be mate. From what I've been reading though, there is currently no way to override the 30ms ping limit on either Tunngle or Hamachi as yet. Make sure the person you link to is close by.

Wait for the TeknoGods to update their xlive.dll then the 30ms limit is removed.
That's the only option, I think.

can someone tell me which are the right settings you need to take for the logitech g25 for this game
all steering options and other things on what % ?
Set all linearity to 50 which is 1 to 1 steering ,no dead zones and 100
Saturation to use full amount of travel of what you set degrees of rotation to in profiler.
Set environmental to 10(this is the cause least amount of racket) if you set it higher you will get a lot of racket as environmental effects seem to be canned effects not calculated by the physics engine as forces.
Normally in a sim game canned effects would be turned off by the user or set to the minimum.
Overall force to 40-50 , change to suit(how strong you want the forcefeedback)
Weight 30- 40, change to suit(This changes how much force you need to turn the wheel,more weight less feeling ,
less weight lets the ffb give you more feeling of forces as they happen.)
---------------------------------------------------
OUTSIDE GAME
G25 profiler settings that you need to alter
overall effects 100%
spring effect 0%
damper effect 0%
tick enable center spring
set center spring at 0%
untick report combined pedals
tick allow game to change settings.
The steering rotation needs to be 270 in logitech profiler as they tuned the ffb to match the xbox wheel.
The profiler settings need to be set in the Global Device Settings as F1 doesn't seem to recognize custom game profiles, same issue was with Dirt2
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That should get you started.
what pit bug? So far raced in 3 career races, pit in, change tires, wait 7 or so seconds, and drive off... What am I missing?
Well, during the second race, in Melbourn, i went to pit stop in third lap, i think, and about 6-7 drivers did the same. Pit was finished in around 6 seconds, and then this guy tells me to wait for the lolypop. And so i wait 6-7 more seconds, while other drivers go past me in pit lane.

Hey yeah thanks dude but it's the same settings also for ps3 right? but then i can't change those settings outside the game with profiler am i right?

Here, found a video of the exact same thing:
Thats not a bug. They cant release you unless there is 50m clean air. So u have to wait for other cars to pass...
Not sure in the ps3, these are the pc settings,
I dont know how the profiler adjustments work in a ps3 ,is there even a driver setup in a console ?
Unless the game sets these for you .
