I have my own chili plant (capsicum annuum) and I decided to sample a fruit tonight. Said and done, I cut fruit from the stem, cut it in half and removed the seeds. Quite hot, burned for 10 minutes, had a sweet and fruity taste (before the burn set in). Problem is, I scratched my ball-sack after all that (I had forgotten to wash my hands after cleaning the chili fruit.
This can take half a day to finally stop burning and the balls become all red. It's harmless though, you just have to sit it out. You can try dipping your testicles in warm milk, this might help a bit.

My ball sack is STILL burning, hours later.
Once bought a hot habanero sauce and a friend just took a small droplet on his finger and licked on it (the size of this dot ---> . ) and he said it was very hot and left for a piss He came back and said that it felt as if his dick was on fire
