Would it be possible to get a digital arts section for like, photography, digital art and the likes? I've noticed we've got quite a few photographers on here as well as digital artists, would be nice to have our own section for that stuff

But is there enough interest to warrant its own section? I'm not seeing LOTS of photography dedicated threads in other sections, which would suggest no.

Cause there isn't a section that sparks an interest so people don't generally post. And if it is posted the threads are all over the forum in random threads.
It won't hurt to test it out to see how much popularity it gains.

How about a general electronics section instead or something similiar? because there comes up questions once in a while about tv's, cell phones etc as well.

You have 3 or 4 threads about it :\ The photo showcases, the one thread that died about photoshop images and pa C4D thread...

gotta agree woth inz but I really like Razacka2's idea of a general eletronics section.

That's me alone. Without a section people don't generally think about the topics or the discussions unless they really have a question to ask or advice needed. Think about our handheld section, it's rarely used but the threads exist because a section exists. Now if it didn't on the otherhand I doubt there would be much discussions other than an iphone thread here and a psp thread there.
With a section of it's own it would spark more conversations about the topic. |

Another thing is. Say you do have new section and you want to move all the old threads into that new section.
Here it would take a considerable amount of time to browse or search for all the threads about the graphic/picture/general electronics(?) to put into new section... And I doubt mod's are so eager to just search all day and move...
Btw general electronics?  No offense but it sounds like a section to discuss what dishwasher is the best and threads like: My microwave stopped working

Even a digital art section would be better to have around than a deserted section such as computer programing where theres a new topic like every 3 months. |

ima throw my hat into the ring, and not just because im drinking and a little bored right now... i think a imageseciton would be great... combine a borad intrerest base of photography and 3d and digital manipulations and fun imagey related thing n stuff. id use it, and thats lal the validation you need to make it happen.
and be qucik about it

I know about VIP one, but there was one before, with like 6 posts in it... I regret I never posted anything there so I'd wish to right that wrong
