i mean what have they been working on and testing these past couple of months?!
WAS THE DLC FINISHED - YES/NO
if no, remember that creating the product before releasing it, is a necessary step.
DID THE DLC WORK - YES/NO
if no, remember that working products work better than non working ones. this might be the problem.
DID WE PACKAGE THE DLC - YES/NO
if no, slap face, package dlc and upload. explains all those 0's in the file.
DID WE PACKAGE THE DLC LIKE WE'VE DONE THE PREVIOUS TIMES - YES/NO
if no - to fix what is broke, dont break in first place.
WHEN WE INSTALL THE DLC FILE WE MADE, DOES IT WORK ON OUR TEST MACHINES - YES/NO
if no, try try again.
this is error checking 101. go back to the last time shit worked (which must have been yesterday otherwise theyd never have uploaded the file) and step by step find your problem... i dont KNOW how to make games, but come on... common sense says youd find atleast ROUGHLY where the fuckup occurred pretty quickly, even if you dont know the reason.

"People using Xbox Live for the Xbox 360 can download and play Lair of the Shadowbroker. If you are an Xbox 360 user, please go ahead and enjoy the new DLC.
PC users currently are experiencing a technical issue with the downloaded file that prevents ALL PC users from playing the DLC. We are aware of this issue and have taken the following steps:
* We have removed the incorrect file from the download section so no further incorrect downloads will occur
* We are working on a fix for the issue and will get a working file up for PC users ASAP
More detail
If you downloaded the incomplete file (it is essentially 1.5 Gig of zeroes) this will not harm your system
You will NOT be charged again once the correct file is ready for download
We do not have a more accurate eta for the correct PC DLC, but when we do I will let you know.
As soon as we have more information I will post it here. We are sorry that this occured and we appreciate your patience as we work to get the fix to you."

EDIT: i downloaded it but doesnt seem to work, but people on the forum are reporting that it is working, perhaps this link is not right

i completed with hunter in less than 2 hours. also theres a bug in the ending where the finale conversation is all fucked up because it doesnt register what you did in the first game...

Same, wasn't too impressed with it. Epic final DLC being 2 hours? lolok.
I've read a few comments that this one is around 4-5 hours so... longer than Splinter Cell at least.
