Nah if it pops a DOS window the loader program is corrupted - which is at the start of the file.

Seems the file header is fubar, no ME2 Icon, file details are missing key info.
Tried various tools to unpack, execute to no avail. Deffo a duff file.

Probably as the above user said then, corrupted somehow, might just be the file header but even so it's not really usable.
EDIT: A zero filled archive would actually be funny.

freakin hilarious. i blew 500mb on it before i cancelled, but still... worth it for the laugh i guess - i dont feel so bad.

That seems highly unlikely unless it's a 16-bit app in there.
(Windows 32-bit allows for 16 and 32 bit applications, 64-bit version allows 64-bit native and 32-bit but removes support for 16-bit but those programs are mid-90's somewhere so shouldn't exist by now.)
EDIT: Could always try it on the older computer though but more likely a fixed archive is now in place.
(Unsure, I'm 50% done and if something was altered in the process the download would fail/abort.)
