damn! friday's night i've gone to a restaurant with my gf, ate lamb and, pisco sour and a bottle of wine. desert too. after that, we've go to a disco and drank there some "piscolas" (that's coca cola with our national drink).
saturday 7.00 am, i've woke up in my house with the need to go to the toilet. i've shited like ''ve never done it before, inmediatly after that, had to puke.
was sweating and white as the paper...
the nasty situation extended till 14.00.- besides the puke, i've got diarrea...
so, i've wasted all saturday in bed. at first, if i moved a little bit, all the bad feeling comed again.
i hate to be sick. and i hate more to be sick without knowing the cause.
today i'm better. at least i can stand and have my soul back (so i can bitch).
Would be careful to eat any food in south america :/
indeed!
but the last 10 years has improved a lot all the food market economy here, but still you must have caution... (Chile spoken, i know that in Argentina food is better, and in Peru, they have the best american cousine).
i had something like that
i turned pale white
sweated ice cold sweats
and puked my guts out
wasn't speaking properly
brain was wonky
felt like i was piss drunk
and the throwing up was... odd

I was scared of passing out and being embarrassed, 10 minutes later i felt like i needed to sleep for a looong time . I got out at the first station, felt the cold air in my face and guess what, i got instantly better, now thats what i call a what the shit situation

sounds like not enough carbon dioxide in your system.... partly hyperventilation symptoms... funny how the body can need the shit stuff as well as the good. Maybe you were without noticing feeling a bit anxious or closed in or something in that subway..
That was an anxiety/stress attack I believe. Mostly due to the "I don't want to pass out and feel embarassed in front of all these people" part, that accompanied the binexplicably bad sensation.
Then fresh air > improved psychological state > all fine.
