I've never uploaded anything, I'm an internet parasite 
..and my upload speed of ~40 kB/s didn't help though

I used to have 20 as well till 1 year ago, when my ISP decided to upgrade all the connections to the supersonic speed of 40kB/s  |

You make it sound as it is something backwards but it works pretty well.
Every fresh release I download comes in with effectively the max speed my connection allows.

i set utorrent to only seed to 150% then throttle to 5kb/s
no point beeing on a private torrent site with uploaders with fat connections and wasting my own bandwidth seeding shit , ill leave that to people on the upload team

I throttle to 6kb/s from the beginning and once the download completes, the torrent stops automatically.  |
You guys do know that throttling to anything below 10 kbps upload will limit your download speed? |
