I can't believe the prices of some of these hard drives considering how much people made back then!

I'm quite sure that this is just a viral ad and not a real ad. As stated, Dharma is a fictional company from lost and that is the computer displayed there....

My first was a TI994/a back in 82. Then I begged for a C64 in 83 cause the TI was a piece of crap.

@SpykeZ Good old C64 with external floppy drive nice Smile
A youth friend of mine had one with colour tv as well, while I had a ZX Spectrum+ with bw tv, I was a little jealous.

This was the 1st computer I played on:

Tandy TRS 80 from Radio Shack, not really sure if it was the same model.
My father was a math teacher and during the holidays he could borrow one from the school where he worked.
Like this example it could be expanded with 2 optional floppy drives and then it could run some DOS version.
I created my 1st "Hello world" programs on this one and also played a lot of Pacman on it.
Btw next to the numpad you see a little red button, that was the reset button, very dangerous while playing a game Very Happy

But the monitor was better I think, no knobs like that lol, and less curvy.

the commodore had one of those handles too or do you mean something different? Had to flip it downward to even "enable" the drive I think
