I got a slightly inaccurate value of 4000 something as I joined seeding a file I already had (Minus some minor data which got re-downloaded.) in order to improve overall ratio. (That "Baka" anime site.)

What about direct connect? Surely some of you must have used that back in the day. My god it was torturous.

Does that add to the size of your epeen? Or does it detract from it?

I can't decide.

My piracy life started in the early 80s and the exchange of software was done by borrowing and copying floppy disks.
Sources of the warez were often kids whose daddies worked for IBM or some other IT company.
Somewhere in the 90s this changed to borrowing/buying CD distributions.
Not until 1997 or so that I actually started to download stuff via the Internet, for the mainstream 'consumers' Internet became only affordable when DSL was introduced.
Knowing myself being connected to the Internet with 28k8 speeds would have caused me to make a lot of debts.

We're talking about internet piracy. Your "share ratio"was not logged back in those days unless your mates were taking notes on which games you had borrowed against which games you had lent them Rolling Eyes

Laughing

My piracy started back in 86 or 87 when I started copying my mates zx spectrum 48K cassettes.

Stop being so anal.
