Well, I enjoy the game. It's short as fuck and the ending is crap but the actual gameplay is nice. I bought it after "trying the full version".

*Sits here and waits for everyone to tell me I'm stupid.*

I won't tell you anything, but let me show you how I imagine your actual condition:

Lol, I don't care, I'm enjoying the game, I don't mind forking out for something I consider to be fun. Besides, I already bought Mafia 2.

Me and my friend finished this on co-op, it took us about 2 and a half hours.

Game's hilarious, how many times can you fall on your ass in a single game. grinhurt

Played a few levels earlier today and thought it was one of the shittiest 3rd person shooters I have seen in a very long time. And I actually finished and liked playing Dead Men.

Maybe RELOADED can't fix their release, and SKIDROW can't make a better crack...
Only RELOADED and SKIDROW are still alive.

It probably isn't getting fixed because there's nothing wrong with their original release for 90% of people.

i started playing this yesterday. the graphics is nice as well as the environment. other than the shaky cam and the mosaic blurring, the game is quite bland. i started getting into it somewhat last night when about 1h plus in it just locked up. that's a good as any place to stop for the evening. Very Happy

i think i'm going to shelf this and go play mafia 2 until i'm bored with it then come back to finish this game up. Razz

edit:

i just finished the game yesterday. it's ... horrible! Vomit

the mosaic censoring got on my nerve after a while. the shaky cam gave me a head ache.

the amount of male nudity is seriously wrong (reminds me of that raiden sequence from mgs).

the only thing good i could tell is the graphics. it actually looks very detailed and the lighting adds to the realism.

anyway, i uninstalled it right afterward. Mr. Green

One of the worst games I have played in a while .... from the awful controls and weapons to the horrible game as a whole. Quite shocking that a company like this could release shit like this. Instead of working on and releasing Freedom Fighters 2 they release this bullshit. If I paid for this game I would of been enraged.
I played few levels and unistalled since it was just pure garbage, I would rate this game 4 out of 10.

im not enjoying this.

some games just feel 'right' when you start playing them - no period of adjustment required, just feels good from the start. this isnt one of those games.

and yeah.. shakey cam.. christ.. the movie industry for some fucking stupid reason thinks we all love it, now game makers to? ARGH.

i dont mind a LITTLE of it... it doesnt make me feel sick or anything, i just dont like it constantly... realism is so fucking overrated.

ill still try playing the game some more, but the first mission didnt wow me.

I enjoyed the presentation, shakey cam etc, but I don't want ANY other game to use it. I don't even want K&L 3 to use it.

It was a fan experiment for 1 game and I enjoyed it (the presentation I mean, gameplay was crap) but that's it. I'll be extremely annoyed if other games begin using it.

Didn't even bother with this game. I thought the first one was crap, I saw nothing in this one to convince me it would be any different. Those that bought it, well, more fool you. You've been ripped off no matter how you dress it up.

Yeah, but it was a game that turned out to be extremely successful so it inspired others to copy its mechanics; if I am not mistaken the health regeneration system as we know it today first appeared on Halo 2, a game that sold about 8.5 million copies, meaning that 1/3 owners of a Xbox 1 had bought it!

Can't see K&L2 selling even 1/3 of that, on 3 platforms! Laughing

well i finished it... meh... the cover system pissed me off way more than usual, mainly because it didnt cover me for shit... i think i died in that game more than i did in modern warfare 2 ffs.

and yeah... short as all fuck, with zero story and really meh gameplay... but yeah the graphic style was interesting but i hope i dont see it again.

but for all the grumbling and whining, atleast i FINISHED the game and that counts for something.

sure as fuck didnt finish that shitty transformers game...

Kane & Lynch 2 like Marmite: You either love it or hate it, and that's fine with us, says developer.

Niels Jørgensen, general manager at Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days developer IO Interactive, thinks the studio's latest game is like Marmite.

"I think it's a game that you either love or hate," he told GI.biz. "It's interesting that we have scores ranging from 1/10 to 9/10, so we have critics that really loved it and those that didn't really get it.

"... I think that's fine. I actually like the approach that you take some chances to reach out to an audience. People have different tastes in all kinds of media and we see that with music, films, books and also with videogames."

He added: "It's about choosing an approach to give people entertainment and variety and I think we've been able to produce something that's a bit different, if not to everyone's taste."
