As a truckdriver, I live on the roads, so I see very much bad driving. Luckily I've never been in a accident myself yet, but I know at some point I'll get in a accident (hopefully not my fault), and there will probably be some death in it. 50 tonnes does bad things to a tiny 1.5 ton car.
The problem is that many drivers think they're invincible immortals when on the road. They think they can sweep at astonishing speeds and practically do everything they want how they want it. When some of them watch such tragic videos or witness the evening TV news reporting of several people dead due to car crashes, they just say to themselves: "Naah, that's never going to happen to me, ever." And they keep driving fast until they end up dashed into some tree, or worse - into some innocent walkers-by or other cars. There are always going to be fools and not just on the roads but everywhere.

anyone i see most of you think that shit like this can't happen anytime you're on the road , deal with it or use public transportation
and some cynical advice
30 ,is not really leathal (unless victim smashes head hard agaisnt concrete) but could paralyze person or cripple him/her.so if you want to spare someone of a shitty life, hit the gas harder
