The idea is fine. But the actual game is utter shite imo.

right. Gamespot vote is only 6.0 against 9.0 of ME 2

Not to start the retarded blahblah vs blah, but yeah, ME2 was definitely an overall better game. Stronger production values, solid game-play, enjoyable story... but the core idea behind this one is something a bit more special and should at least be attempted again.

It is interesting how most Euro reviewers are giving it higher scores compared to North American. Seems like Euros are more willing to forgive graphic and game-play mishaps. Hm.

On the airport mission in the middle east objective is to acquire flightlogs and get out w/o being spotted. Is this possible to do everything there stealth stile? After hacking computer and disabling cameras I don't know how to get past by guard on the tower, didn't see any other route and while playing the recruit I don't have any abilities that could help me.

Yes we are Very Happy But what really annoys me so fucking much! Is the the way the mouse behaves, yes i have already followed the guides and disabled mouse smoothing and vsync, but I'm still not able to hit a setting that makes aiming comfortable, it's still way to sensitive or too sluggish.

If you are using a Geforce, maybe you should set maximum number of prerendered frames to zero in Nvidia Control Panel.

After getting really annoyed by the camera/mouse thing I did what I usually hate to do in games like this: I switched on the 360-controller. Controls are fine with the gamepad, but as soon as I need to shoot something I cry for a decent mouse/keyboard control scheme... thankfully I usually avoid shootouts and just stealth my way through in this game.

Having a lot of fun with it now too. Apart from having to use the 360 controller, there's one more annoying thing to me though: it's often quite illogical how characters react to the conversation options. One character seems to respond very well to being professional, then all of a sudden you get -1 reputation out of knowhere and when replaying the scene it turns out that at that point I should have been 'suave', which was just not logical.

Would you guys say that specializing in 2 weapons useless ? I'm currently putting points into both Pistol and Assault rifle but i'm thinking of starting over and only focus on one weapon and put points into martial arts or that other skill that give passive bonus to weapons and medic kits.

I just don't know if it would be worth it. I'm at 13 % right now

I just went with assault rifles; never felt the need to use anything else. Had the smg's as backup but used those mostly for fun a few times.

You can max out about 3 skills I believe. I go for stealth, melee and pistol.

Assault rifle is still viable at low skill, after I've killed some enemies stealthily, or chain-shot, hehe.

6-shot instant headhots at bosses ftw !

ME2 didn't have a better story. The plot was just silly.

ME2 is about 196,42 times better than this POS. I'm playing it on Insanity right now and am having a total blast. When presented with a challenge everything draws you in twice as much. This game has nothing on Mass Effect. Bioware are gods. Hail Bioware.

Sorry if it has been asked but is there any tweak to force AA without making the conversation text disappear ?

It look much better with AA but that glitch make it impossible to use it.

Just beat it for the third time with Veteran on Hard difficulty. It was actually a little bit disappointing really - the Veteran dialogue option came up a few times during training, and then TWICE thereafter for the entire game. Didn't change much at all.

Also, the third ending that I got had huge consistency issues...

I'm also just going to come out and ask this, since I've tried for three games to shed some light on this G22 character....

The game was OK but i had some serious issues though. Every time when i clicked on email it loaded for like 5 second but the clearinghouse was laggy as hell... When first clicking on it it loaded for like 20 seconds and when trying to buy something and switching weapon types then again it loaded for 20 seconds... It broke the game flow for me badly. Also when on a mission then when a objective popped up or something blew up in far far distance a huge lag spike happened that threw my camera so off that at times i lost my way. At times it broke my sneaking too because i was about to do a takedown when the camera flipped me around and made me face the wall when 5 guys were blowing me to bits already. And yes my PC is able to run it perfectly but it wont. OK a few words about the game now though. I was hoping for more of a freedom like more open worldness and well all the missions were so linear that it was VERY difficult to get lost. Also was hoping for more of a James Bond kind of thing were you would walk into a bar somewhere and dazzle some women to get information on your target and so on. But yeah the game was still OK. Damn this post is long Smile

There is a solution for lag. It's called... Crackfix.

I had a blast with the game Razz

Got all the women, got almost all dossiers and saved everybody you could.

I liked it as much as splinter cell, even more with the awesome melee, but not enough gadgets.

God, it doesn't actually randomly stutter and hang with the 360 pad. Why did they mess with it, UT3 never had any of these random issues, use those settings please Sad
