I go to the gym 4 times a week. You can go 7 times a week (lol that's unhealthy though don't do that) but if you don't eat they will stay that way.

i eat like a mofo but im pretty skinny. i used to be super fit and run etc. but from a year and half of doing fuck all pretty much ive just gone into a scrawney cunt . im still pretty strong but i just dont have the stamina i used to anymore  i would like to go to a gym or swimming (because my knees are a bit fucked and running damages them and is half the reason i stopped) but i just cant be arsed  i might join a boxing gym soon idk im pretty strong and look weak but i can handle myself. i'll be in a low weight division beating on scrawney weak bastards

Lol, I take good care of my body. I only drink milk and water, though I do drink Alcohol on parties. I don't eat crap like chips or chocolate and I exercise everyday at home. Sit ups, push ups. Kinda become an obessesion. I don't know why. I used to be fat, lol, but I got rid of all the fat with alot of trouble and I just want to build up a great body for this summer

Here's a body-pic, It's pretty old, from 2004 november or so, physically I am much stronger now, I also look better. Pretty nice biceps for my age is you ask me

Hahahahaha, going 4 times a week to the gym. Push ups and sit ups, sit ups everyday. Push ups only if not going to gym. Also resting muscles 48 hours after doing intence training so they get the chance to recover and grow and eat healthy. Alot of eggs, fish. yugort etc. My abs look much better also, that's nothing you see there.

Lol, I have a slim neck true. But then again, my shoulders are gay. I only have good biceps good stomach and a trained chest that's it. I'm not buff.
