there is some minor flaw to the graphics if you guys noticed, in the hospital, outside mom's room, it always shows that the doctor is in that room, but when you enter that room, the doctor is actually not there at all.
small detail which can be ignored though.

Just got that myself. Doesn't matter though, just remove/quarantine the file and use the non-alarming skidrow-exe.

We've been saying for the last 2 pages that the virus alerts are false positives Rolling Eyes

Anyway if the release isn't nuked for containing a virus it probably means false positive, given you got it from a reliable source (ie: not from public p2p sites).

Back on topic, I'm on chapter four and the game is still piss easy... I'm a bit disappointed Sad making a game accessible is one thing, treating the player like a retard is quite another... every puzzle's solution is always blatantly obvious by itself, even ignoring the fact that the protagonist most of the times describes how you can use an object as soon as you pick it up or click on it, often giving you the solution straight out. All inventory combinations are self-evident and where to use the items is equally obvious.

The story still intrigues me, so I'll finish it, but the atmosphere and sense of dread and mystery that permeated the first game is completely gone.

Must be hard to balance adventure games though, Myst and similar do extremely challenging puzzles (Usually logical though.) and other titles use combination based puzzles and some further use extremely weird solutions where you kind of need a walktrough or similar hint to understand what to do at times. Smile
(Most can be solved with trial and error, heh.)

Yep, but you can still have logical puzzles a bit more challenging, like Black Mirror 1 did. Just don't keep giving obvious hints to the player via character dialogue or items description and let him figure out how to solve the puzzle himself.

Myst imho is a terrible adventure game gameplay wise... for me in a good adventure game it should be easy to figure out WHAT to do and hard to figure out HOW to do it.

In myst most of the time you have no idea what you're doing... in black mirror 2 is the opposite: you always know what to do and how to do it is told or hinted to you in blatantly obvious ways.

One if not the best adventure games for years or ever.
Even for my opinion simon the sorcerer 4 and 5 are better then black mirror 2.

But perry rhodan was hard and almost without any clues at all.
And the graphics was crazy .

In black mirror 2 so far the graphics is great but the story and the gameplay are realy bad .
Im in chapter 1 but i hate the idea you have so many objects in the room and 95% not for use . Whats the idea by reading so much and figure out in the end that you dont need this and that ?

And the idea that they are telling you what to do next and how . This is silly and make it boring . Maybe im in chapter 1 but the game dosent have the starter like in other adventure games .

Good game with story and graphics and gameplay and all is like simon the sorcerer series or perry rhodan.

Dude, do you know what the word "subject" means?
Stop writing part of your post in the post subject, it is there for the SUBJECT which most people don't use/read. It frigging confuses people.

I didn't know wtf you were talking about at first then I saw what you wrote in the subject....

Spoilers!!!!!!!!

I remember Darren "monologueing" about Mr. Biba (The wifebeater in the Diner) being the killer because he had seen the photo's that Fuller made with Biba's wife and that drove him to kill Fuller.

I'm in chapter 4 and I'm pretty sure Biba was the killer of Fuller, if he's not then my guess will be that this game has a twist similar to Black Mirror 1

Lol yeah, you're right, now I remember... lol must've been distracted and missed it, because I was still unsure about that, I thought it would've been revealed in the end.
